Limit number of entries - Based on email

I want to have a form have only one email allowed per use Limit number of entries does ip's but not email..anyone have any ideas? i can write php .. just trying to avoid that first sql query if its already built in somewhere

Can you just mark your email field as unique and that way it will only allow one entry? Or are there more complicated requirements?

does this query previous entries? thats the biggest issue. If a user had [email protected] and comes back to the form 3 days later and tries [email protected] again.. i would want to post a message "you have already signed up"

also.. I cant believe i missed that check box. (slaps forehead)
