I want to add a logo to the PDF form and also only manual texts. These texts are additional information that the recipient of the PDF needs to know. The strange thing is that if I manually add all this information within WordPress to the email notification, it is printed in the regular email confirmation but not in the PDF. Who ow who knows how I should do this??   See enclosed example

How is the image added to your email action?  Is it directly through html or is it stored in a field?

Using the shortcode on your example is only including 1 field in your pdf.

See red mark in the attachement. That's the place where you add the logo at the field.   Be aware: I want to add also normal additional texts in the form. So not only just a logo!   In short; I want to decide for myself which information is in the PDF. In addition to the entered fields by the web visitor, I want to add separate information/instructions (including a logo) to the PDF

Use an HTML field for what you want to do. Do you know to write HTML?
Hendrik de Vink replied 1 year ago

Even when I use html field, this will not be enclosed inside the pdf!!

no, sorry, I have no clue how (or where) to write it in html.
Is it so difficult, to have addition content somewhere in the pdf??
