Based on your screen shot you haven't set a field for the conditional logic to compare to.  It shouldn’t be working at all based on the logic you have set.

What happens is that the fields do not have a name, only a description, that is why it appears blank, but if you check, you can see its values.

I see that.  Try with a field name and see if you get a different result.

Hi Pablo, All fields should have a field name, especially if you want the conditional logic to work. If you don't want the field name to display on the front end you can set it to be hidden but it should have a name in the backend.

should i hide it with css?

Chris AdamsChris Adams replied 2 years ago

No you don’t have to use CSS. In the Advanced settings for each field is an option for the field label.

You can set it to hidden.

I did everything you suggested but when I fill the form from the computer it works but when I do it from the phone it doesn't work.

<p>I think I already know the problem but I don't know how to solve it when I click on the option 700.000 is sent as 700 to excel maybe that's the problem</p>

Did you use periods or commas to separate the values in the drop-down? From you screen shot it looks like periods.

Pablo Passberg replied 2 years ago

periods here is a new picture

So you’re using zapier then to send data to excel?

If the values are not translating properly I wonder if the issue is with the periods. Have you tried using commas instead?

Pablo Passberg replied 2 years ago

<p><p>change to commas and still have the same problem "the error only happens when I send the form from a mobile" from the computer it works perfect, I checked the data that comes to "pabbly connect" and they are correct "700.000", my theory is that the dropdown list does not work well with the hide send button function in the phone version   What I can do?</p><p> </p></p>

If it works on desktop but not on mobile it might be a caching issue.

Can you clear the cache and try again on mobile?

Pablo Passberg replied 2 years ago

still doesn't work

Chris AdamsChris Adams replied 2 years ago

Do you have a link to the form? It's almost impossible to troubleshoot without seeing it.

Pablo Passberg replied 2 years ago

there are 2 page breaks

in the part that says income if I click on 700.000 or 500.000 the send button should be hidden
