Dear friends,
I am having an issue with the emails where I receive the forms.
The only email that is send correctly is the first one I created based in a contact form template.
All the other forms created send the email to the WP admin email.
Do you know why and how to fix it?
I tried everything, from create a blank form, with another template, and nothing works.
The one that work is duplicating the first contact form and modify the template to do what I want. But even that keeps the same original form name received in the email subject.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Miguel Madeira
The email will always sent to the default admin if it isn't changed in the form action. You can find this in the settings of the form.
Dear Walter, Thank you for your answer to my question. Let me make a correction to your answer. In the Settings of the form there is no place to insert an email address. There is yes, in the Formidable Plug-in, in Global Settings, a field to insert the Default Email Address, that, in my case, is with the proper email address. The problem is, every other form except the first one I created, is directing the email to my WordPress Admin email. I do not know how to solve this, cause I think I filled everything with the proper data. Thanks again for your answer.
Take a look at bullet item #3 here -> https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/email-notifications/
[admin_email} in the "To" box is pulling from the global settings I'm guessing here.
