Hi, I would like to know if it's possible to have a revisions with Formidable Forms to have a backup form please ? Thank you so much for your answer!

This is not something that formidable has natively.  I would recommend a good backup service for your Wordpress installation, that way if your concerned with losing the entries or the forms you can have restore points to choose from.
