We've had forms working for ages, sending an email to several destinations including documents uploaded into the form.
It's no longer possible to retrieve those attachments when the email is opened?
Nor is it possible to extract them directly from the form.
Would appreciate any help / feedback!

Can you think of something in your environment that has changed?
Are you able to create a staging site on a different hosting environment to test it?
Are the files stored locally on your webserver?
