Hello,
Is anyone available who has had success in implementing the Formidable Forms Gift Card Template? We would like to implement a Gift Card Template and need to generate unique Gift Card Codes that will work with our Formidable Forms Product Pages upon checkout.

Do you mean the Gift Card Order form template? There is no Gift Card template. Tell us more about the unique codes you want to create. How do you define it structure? Are you sending a physical gift card, or an email with the gift card code? Then what? How does a user pay using the gift card?
