I would like to implement a project with Formidable Forms where customers and companies can buy a product. The product is basically just a simple card that proves the purchase of a service. The card also receives a 12-digit unique number that also functions as an ID.
I bought the Elite version of Formidable because it has integration with WooCommerce.
The ordering process should proceed as follows:
1. Select whether customer or company
The customer or company must first register on the website. I have already created a form for this with Formidable because a few additional data are requested during registration.
2. After successful registration, the product can be selected and placed in the shopping cart.
Here it is imperative that the buyer first fills out another form and that the data on this form is sent to us when purchasing the product.
No purchase should be possible without filling out the form, so there must be a check before the order is completed to see whether all data has been filled out. I would like to know if this can be implemented as desired. I have currently integrated the form into the description of the product, but I am not yet satisfied with the implementation because the order and filling out the form take place in 2 independent steps. Unfortunately, English is not my native language, but I hope I was able to explain the desired process in a reasonably understandable way. I would be very happy if there was someone here who could help me with the implementation and/or give me a few tips. If there are any questions about the process, I am of course ready to answer them as best I can.
