An existing ticketing system or do you mean creating one with Formidable Forms?

i mean a plugin or a system that i can communicate with the customer like a ticket system in formidable forms is there anything or messaging system? thx

I’m still a little confused. You can create your own ticketing system using formidable, but are you talking about sending data from a formidable from into a 3rd party ticketing platform?

Sorry, yes i mean how can i create the own ticketing system with formidable, not to send it into a 3rd party... !

It's absolutely possible. There is no tutorial for it though. Everyone who has made one likely has their own version of this.
