Locations City Not Working

Hi All, I have tried everything.  I can not access "City" in the "Locations List" database.  Anyone else having problems? 

I am trying it in a real simple page https://piratedivebar.com/coupons/ I am searching the form "Locations List".  I updated locations, uninstalled, and nothing is working.

I have been stuck all day on this.

If you can think of anything I can do I would appreciate it.

 

City will not watch State, but State will watch Country

City lists all cities if it is not watching anything

Ok that explains why, I emailed you from my gmail account.
