Hi, when filling out my form, at www.lykkelotteriet.no

People are not getting a confirmation mail. 
i have watched the troubleshooting videos and can't seem to figure out what i am doing wrong..

Please help!

Could be a lot of things…but let’s start with are you using an SMTP service?
