Toogle -> Radio Button

I have a Toogle:
Share .... Don't Share

A text field for a code
Code

And a Radio Button with:
Shared
Approved
Do not use 

When user selects Share, I would like the radio button to auto select Shared

Later when the code is entered, I would like the radio button to auto change to Approved

Is this possible?

You can do this with jQuery or PHP. What are you more comfortable customizing?

You may also be able to do this using conditional default values.
