Hi, I have any issue where I can't uncheck this. Whenever I Do and save it reappears. Any Ideas.. See attached image.

Both this and your other question today seem like javascript errors. Open the browser developer tools clear the console then run repeat what causes the error and see what is output to the console. Once you have that you can better figure out if there's a conflict or something.
