Upload file, doesn't save URL in some cases

Hi, I have this form with 4 upload fields.
https://preprod.docentemas.cl/instrumentos-complementarios/formulario-de-postulacion-evaluador-par/



All fields have validation:
-Jpg, png and PDF
- Max. 5MB
- Not blank

For some reason, not save the upload field url in some cases.



Has Formidable forms some error log or something like that? I need to find why not save properly.

Is it the same form that isn’t saving the url? How are you capturing the url or are you?

Yes, it is the same form. I´m using the upload field by default. If you see the excel export printscreen in 1 case the url doesn't save. But that is not possible because the 4 fields have validation.
