Looking for ideas to implement .....
 
A manager receives an email from formidable with specific entry id /user fields information. I would the manager to see 2 buttons.
Yes, approved
No, not approved
 
When the manager clicks one of these buttons I would like an email to be sent to the user info included in the email automatically. 

I not looking for the manager to create an email and type a response. I would like the information to be  triggered by the button click.
