i was using adobe sign to upload my premade working fillable forms which are 10 pages long and i really dont want to recreate them in formidable form
my reason now for using formidable form is so that it auto created a wp user and puts the signed form in their profile. so that we can preview them later
formidable said there isent a way to upload my form thats why im using adobe sign
2. with the zapoier integration once the form signed reaches the intended person i want that form sent to the google drive with the name of the patient as the slug.
i have 3 forms and 3 logos differentiating them so 9 in a total ..
can someone please help me

You haven't explained your process fully enough for a complete understanding, but on the surface, I don't know why you can't use an upload field to receive the prefilled form. What am I missing?

replied 1 month ago So you mean to say with one upload field I can upload the 10page prebuilt fillable pdf and display that on the website like I do with jotforms?
Jotforms worked fine except it would always change the format at that was the only issue
Adobe sign would limit or remove fields from being available .. like radio buttons
I just wanna have 3 pages with 1 fillable pdf form each.
With the complete set of fields and radio buttons that’s it
I’ll then use the WordPress pea progressive web app generator to turn this into an appp/ offline kiosk
Then use the formidable forms zapier addon to send a copy to our google drive as a backup that’s it my friend
